Papa Johns case study

Throughout lockdown, demand was hard to predict for our Papa John’s client. Unexpectedly, they saw an upturn in business and needed to access reliable and flexible staff at a moment’s notice.

The client approached our team to find them additional pizza makers and delivery drivers to ensure they could meet this increased demand.

With people at home over the lockdown months being unable to eat out, online food orders massively increased, and they required competent and reliable staff quickly.

We quickly helped them get set up on our system and they then uploaded job descriptions of their vacant roles. Our system then did all the work for them and matched the roles to our large community of local workers who had the necessary skills.

Once the workers were matched, our client then contacted the workers to confirm their suitability and required shift patterns.

 

We found the five people our client required quickly, and they were delighted with our service!
